Jeff Belzer's New Prague

Old for New I brought my 2015 leased Ford Edge (from another dealership) in to exchange it for a purchased 2019 Ford Edge. I went there on a Friday, knowing the I brought my 2015 leased Ford Edge (from another dealership) in to exchange it for a purchased 2019 Ford Edge. I went there on a Friday, knowing the vehicle I wanted was not yet there, it hoping it would come in. Unfortunately, I live 4 hours away & it came in the following Monday. I went down with my son and we did the exchange. Apparently there was an issue with the new vehicle and Julio went out of his way to make sure he got an exact model on the lot July the time I arrived, which I appreciated. I had filled out everything in advance in hopes that the actual visit would be more succinct. We were there for 4.5 hours. Julio was great and did his best but it took a long time to get through the loan process. With a score of 82, I was offered a 7 or 5.45 percent interest rate. I felt they could do better and mentioned my bank had a 3,75 interest rate but they did it try to go through my bank. They did get the interest rate at 4.14. Jessica put on a lot of pressure to buy a warranty plan. She did eventually come up with a plan that was within my budget but I would have appreciated less pressure. I do love my new Edge and would consider another purchase. I would have liked my credit run before I arrived and inot so much pressure for the plan. More

1st American car. I needed a vehicle with more room than my Toyota Highlander, but had never bought an American car before. I did and was pleasantly surprised. It had room for my whole family and still had a large space for storage. The handling for such a large car was easier than I thought would be.
