Very friendly, helpful, experienced and professional. Chad Smith was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and familiar with all its features, he answered all my questions. We arrived very close to closing time and I did not feel rushed or pressured at all, he actually stayed beyond closing time to help us. Chad was very friendly & professional and took what for some people is a very stressful situation and made it an enjoyable experience. I live an hour away and it was worth the drive to have such a great experice & I will make the drive again when it's time to make another purchase. More

He was so nice, patient and understanding throughout the process. He talked to me like a person and not like some pushy know-it-all sales guy I've dealt with before which wasa huge factor in my decision. I found the perfect truck for me and got perfect service. The truck was all cleaned up and ready to drive up front when I got there and when he gave me he keys, I fell in love. Definitely recommend new prague auto group. More
