EVERY time I have been here I have had nothing but problems. Its too bad the service department does not even compare to the sales dept. Too many visits back and forth and problem not fixed correctly and to make matters worse had an appointment and when I got there they told me they didn't have time to service my vehicle . A phone call would have been nice so I wouldn't have arranged my schedule and wasted my time. Roxanne Purdy is a joke!! Can not understand how she is in that position. More
I came into Jeff Gordon Chevy trying to buy a new Camaro. 3 times I came in the last 3 years. Every time, oh we have a problem with this. Oh we have a problem with that! They kept throwing numbers at me and 3 times I came in the last 3 years. Every time, oh we have a problem with this. Oh we have a problem with that! They kept throwing numbers at me and trying to tell me it was a fair price! I didn't want them to see my credit. They pushed me and finally got me to run my credit. I am making decent money and trying to get my credit better. I also needed a new car. Didn't want one I didn't like. I am fed up! Go to another Chevy dealer. These may act like they are your best friends but I will be getting my Camaro elsewhere! More
Brought a car in for repair of a tail light circuit under warrenty already approved by GM customer care., The service Writer said they wanted three hours for diagnostics$339, when asked to meet with the sh warrenty already approved by GM customer care., The service Writer said they wanted three hours for diagnostics$339, when asked to meet with the shop manager and tech to describe the scope of work they made an appointment for the following morning. When I arrived for the meeting they said they had elected not to work on my car and to take it elsewhere.I, Having considerable industry knowledge, felt that three hours was a stretch and there wasn't three hours of diagnostics necessary , perhaps an hour at the longest. That is why I questioned the quote, and from their response they were basing their estimate on a fair amount of embellishment and inaccuracy provided by their Tech. I feel I caught them in a compromising situation, an inflated diagnostic quote, and rather than work with me they said they would not work on the car. I wonder if this is the business model that made Mr. Hendrick rich or one that he doesn't know about. These people are arrogant with a very poor business acumen, Stay away ! Something is wrong there. He was knowledgeable, accommodating, and most importantly for me - he was NOT pushy. This is my second purchase at this dealership and every trip I've made there so far has been excellent. Once a buyer makes the decision to purchase a vehicle, they take it from there and have each step down to a science. I could not imagine a simpler and more fulfilling car buying experience. The follow-up service is just as good as they offer free car washes and VIP treatment whenever service is needed. This dealership truly is what the rest of them purport to be. More

I trusted him and the dealership to act on my behalf when it came to some mechanical work that needed to be done. Regardless of how small or big the job was, Stephen kept in contact with me on a daily basis with a play by play of what was taking place. Great place to buy a car from. Our sales Rep. Brett went above and beyond for us. He took my wife to the DMV and waited for Her to take her road test. Bought a 2011 used vehicle from Jeff Gordon for over 30,000 so not a cheap car. Bought an extended warranty to cover all electrical and computer issues bumper to bumper we were advised to buy this by Je 30,000 so not a cheap car. Well for 8montha the car has been nothing but problems all electrical and the same problem over and over. We have taken the car back 4times to get it worked on and every time told it was fixed and everytime it has not. We finally to car ourselves to another dealership they were able to fix it very quickly and it was an electrical issue with a computer system. Well Jeff Gordon dealership in Wilmington will not honor their extended warranty we paid a few extra thousand to cover for 2 years. Their staff has been very rude to my wife and attempted to make her feel incompetent because she is a woman and doesn't know much about cars. They have made no attempt to help us in getting the car fixed nor do they seem to care that we spent ur money at their dealership. I would not recommend anyone buy anything from Jeff Gordon. I have learned my lesson More

Stephen worked very diligently to gain and maintain my business. He didn't simply sell me a car. He located the exact car that I wanted and even drove it to me in Maryland to deliver it and to retrieve my trade-in, when he found out that I wouldn't be North Carolina. He was organized and was quickly able to answer any and all of my questions. In fact, the paperwork took five minutes to sign. If you are in the market for a Chevrolet or any other vehicle then I would not hesitate to recommend that you visit Jeff Gordon and ask for Stephen Benjamin. It will be the best favor that you do for yourself. More
Went In to get cables on my tailgate that had been recalled. They ask if I wanted to do my safety inspection since my tags went out in 6 weeks. I said ok. They come back 2 hours later and tells me the recalled. They ask if I wanted to do my safety inspection since my tags went out in 6 weeks. I said ok. They come back 2 hours later and tells me there's a little play in my steering and that my brake pads are 1 millimeter to short so they can't pass it. They charged me 23.75 for a failed inspection. Then they trump up a thousand dollars in repair bills to pass the inspection. I took my vehicle 1 mile down to the next station and what do you know? It passed. Then they send me a e-mail saying they'll buy my truck for $5400. The Kelly blue book on it is $9200. What did I learn ? Don't take your vehicle to get its emissions test at a place that that does engine work. They want to fail you so you can pay them to fix unnecessary repairs. Shame on you Jeff Gordon. More
