I usually don't write reviews whether positive or negative however I have had such a horrible experience that I felt obligated. I could write a book on our experiences. I will only give a very brief negative however I have had such a horrible experience that I felt obligated. I could write a book on our experiences. I will only give a very brief summary. We purchased 2 vehicles 8 months ago. That was mistake number 1. We purchased a car less than 1 year old and have had numerous problems. On top of that, we were lied to by the salesperson and then accused by the service team that we were lying. It just went back in to the shop and they supposedly fixed the problem. They did not fix the problem. The other vehicle we bought did not go through the certified vehicle172 point inspection. We know this as a fact and we have proof. That started with the AC not working properly and then a long list follows. We will NOT purchase another vehicle or even bring in our vehicles for maintenance or repairs (even though we have free maintenance for a year and extended warranty). We will make the drive to another Chevy dealer. I warn you...do not give these people your business. They are rude and do not take the time to listen and will accuse you of lying. Not to mention, they do not know how to complete a simple repair. The car goes to another Chevy dealership tomorrow. We will see if they can fix the problem. Just don't make the same mistake as I did. Do not purchase a car or bring in for maintenance/repairs. More
