I was recently talking with Kirk Wilson of Jeff Gordon Chevrolet whom I have known for some time, about me being ready to consider trading one of my pickup trucks. Kirk mentioned that it was a good time Chevrolet whom I have known for some time, about me being ready to consider trading one of my pickup trucks. Kirk mentioned that it was a good time to trade and, since he works at this dealership, he of course asked that I visit Jeff Gordon. Being downtown the past Sunday, I decided to look over your inventory. Finding a vehicle that I was interested in, I called Kirk on Monday and told him I was coming by. Arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Chris Whitehurst. After describing the vehicle of interest to Chris, he got the key and we went for a test drive. Having many Chevrolet and GMC Silverado vehicles over the years, I was familiar with them. However, this one, an LTZ, was particularly nice. And a little better equipped than the LT's I usually buy. After a dicussion with Chris concerning the amount of the trade, I was introduced to Bob Dolan. Chris and Bob asked what my thoughts were regarding a fair trading amount which I provided. A short time later we mutually agreed on a final trade amount. During this negotiation there was no pressure applied, which I am very adverse to and immedially turned off by.
