Good deal and nice people I had made contact with an Austin dealer through the Costco car buying program. We were going down there Monday to see them. Sunday night I checked th I had made contact with an Austin dealer through the Costco car buying program. We were going down there Monday to see them. Sunday night I checked the inventory online at Jeff Hunter and found exactly the car I wanted. I had previously had contact with Steve Crenshaw at Jeff Hunter so I emailed him on Sunday to see if he would match the discounts I was going to get at the Austin dealership. He replied that night that he would and we made arrangements to go in Monday morning. We bought the car. We thought Steve was fantastic. They gave us a great price right off the bat. None of that"let me talk to my manager" stuff. The dealership was very straightforward with no high pressure. It was like dealing with friends. I also appreciated they didn't try to sneak extra fees into the deal. Such as dealer prep charge. After all the papers were signed Steve spent quite a while in the car with us pairing our phone to the car and explaining the various buttons and features. It was a very enjoyable experience and we can't say enough about Steve Crenshaw. Give him a call if you need a car because he can surely help you. More

They gave me their best price online before I even walked in the door. We bought a used 2006 Corolla and the price they gave me was right where I knew it was supposed to be. No need to haggle because their vehicles are priced right. We dealt with James Franks. No pressure. No arm twisting. None of this, "Let me go talk to my manager" fifteen or twenty times like other dealerships do. No games. And they did not waste my time! We were in and out in about two hours, the time it takes to get all the paperwork processed. They actually had to wait on me when I went to the bank to get them a cashier's check. So when I get ready to replace my Tundra next year, I'll look at this dealership first, even though they're in Waco and I live in far north Fort Worth. More
