John was incredible, I wasnt sure what i wanted, but he patiently showed me over 30 trucks before I found one I liked. After the test drive I discovered that I needed the crew cab over the extended, and he patiently showed me over 30 trucks before I found one I liked. After the test drive I discovered that I needed the crew cab over the extended, and he found the exact match in no time flat. The combination of Jon's Stellar service and Jeff Schmidt's awesome incentives have won me over and my next purchase will definitely be at one of their dealerships. More
We had agreat experience. Our salesman, Matt, was very helpful and non threatening. The sales manager, Ken, was also wonderful, as was Mike, in finance. We definitely will recommend them to our friends. helpful and non threatening. The sales manager, Ken, was also wonderful, as was Mike, in finance. We definitely will recommend them to our friends. I purchased a Certified Pre Owned Cheverolet Malibu from this dealership in June 2012. As I follow my CPO maintenance plan, I bring my vehicle in to the dealership for scheduled maintenence to get my free o this dealership in June 2012. As I follow my CPO maintenance plan, I bring my vehicle in to the dealership for scheduled maintenence to get my free oil change in January 2012, no problem. I bring my car back for scheduled maintenence in March 2013 to find that somehow the vehicle was now uncertified and there is no record of the car being purchased as a GM Certified Pre Owned vehicle. How does this happen!? After talking to my original salesman and the sales manager (who had to contact GM to verify) AND presenting my original proof of purchase to Chevrolet, my routine oil change was taken care of an hour later. This occurred on my lunch break and finally, I returned to work 1 hour late hungry and had to explain to my boss why I didn't return from lunch on time. Needless to say, I was reprimanded and lost pay. It's experiences like this that make me want to warn others of how unprofessional and disrespectful this dealership really is and how they can really ruin your day/week/month. More
Me and my dad went to this dealership and after I drove a Cruze 1LT that I absolutely loved we negotiated a payment we could afford and agreed on the deal that was signed in red which he said meant it was th Cruze 1LT that I absolutely loved we negotiated a payment we could afford and agreed on the deal that was signed in red which he said meant it was their best and final offer and after all of this while were sitting waiting and the car was getting cleaned up and ready for delivery Mr. Desoto came out and said we have a problem your payoff is a lot more than what you said so after all this time we spent which was about 3 hrs. after I found the car I wanted and after I agreed on the deal and very excited about getting this car the salesman appears and says hey we did everything in working this deal based on the payoff you gave without calling for a payoff themselves we had to go through this horrible experience! And will never patronize this dealership ever again! I have had many car buying experiences in my life but none compare to this one! More
Found Lincoln MKX on the net. The dealer BizDev person was very responsive in getting back to me. Arrived at the dealership Saturday morning with my wife. Found the Lincoln but couldnt find used car salem was very responsive in getting back to me. Arrived at the dealership Saturday morning with my wife. Found the Lincoln but couldnt find used car saleman. Casey, who sells new cars asked if he could help and we didnt look back. Even though he was Chevy guy he was knowledgeable regarding the many features of the Lincoln. He worked with us all the way through the sale. One thing that he did was not discount what my wife had to say, which many sales people seem to do to women. The price was right on the Lincoln, they were willing to work with me on my trade in. All in all Casey made if a profitable day for all of us. He was open, honest and professional. More
The staff at the dealership went above and beyond to help my 18 year old purchase her first new car. In fact, Casey (our salesman) and Jonathan (our financial agent) worked diligently, staying until nearly 10 PM finishing up paperwork, instructing my daughter about the features of her car and setting up her OnStar and bluetooth devises so she could drive away in her shiny and chic techno pink Spark! Blake did a great job meeting us, showing us the optional cars to choose from and negotiated a fair price. I was expecting to only look at what was available for my daughter and they to purchase from Craigs cars to choose from and negotiated a fair price. I was expecting to only look at what was available for my daughter and they to purchase from Craigslist. However, she fell in love with the car he showed us and he worked with us on pricing so we ended up buying the car from you. My only bad comment is the amount of time it took to process the paperwork. There were a lot of customers there and I had to wait a little over an hour to get my paperwork processed. The dealership was very busy, but I think you should have more finance people and an additional cashier/operator. This is where I noticed a bottle neck. Everyone was very friendly! More
If you don't want to read all of this, here are the facts: Do not let them tell you what they want the finance terms to be. Do not let them tell you who they choose to finance it through. Do not lea facts: Do not let them tell you what they want the finance terms to be. Do not let them tell you who they choose to finance it through. Do not leave without trying all keys that accompany the vehicle. Do not leave without a key fob (its best to make this the deal breaker, they'll cave.) Finance manager attempted to sell us an inexpensive vehicle, at the same monthly price as a higher priced new vehicle. Tried to convince us what we were asking for was unreasonable. They tried to sell us a $300 a month payment for a $5000 car with credit scores in the upper 700's. Took half an hour to tell them we weren't paying anything more than $150.00 a month based on our previous purchases in the same price range. Eventually they accepted. Finance manager only applied at one credit union to finance us based on his "knowledge and experience" on who has the best rates. Well, we got screwed. Sent us through General Electric Credit Union, 3.7% interest rate and GECU charged us an additional $200.00 for joining them. This fee was a surprise to us when we received our welcome packet and realized our payoff was $200.00 higher than our purchase price. As soon as I began dealing with GECU, I looked into refinancing through Wright Patt, our home bank, and the same people our 4 previous vehicles have been financed through. For $30.00, we refinanced the loan, took us to a 2.99% interest rate, the loan went from 60 to 63 months, and our payment went from $168.00 a month to $125.00. Jeff Schmitt offers a 12 month 12,000 mile powertrain warranty for $2,000.00. Wright patt offers a 4 year 48,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty for $1,850.00 On top of financing issues, we had to haggle just to get a second key. No key fob was included. What they failed to tell me was the second key was cut on the spot and not programmed. We showed the car to a family member and when I tried to leave, the car wouldn't start. Tried the other key and realized what had happened. Looked online and found programming instructions. The next day... used the power door lock button to lock the car and walked away. Came back to the car, unlocked it with the key and the alarm begins to sound. At this point, I'm pretty livid. I call the dealership repeatedly, don't even get a voicemail. I call the salesman's cell phone, tell him the problem and that we need a key fob because this is unacceptable for my wife to juggle 3 kids and an unlockable vehicle, says to call the next day early and he will talk with the manager. Called at least 6 times the following day, not once did the salesmen take the time to answer or call me back. I asked for the sales manager, tell him what I want and he sets me an appointment to get a key fob. My wife drive 45 minutes to get back to the dealer, and they realize the don't have the fob in stock. Key fob is shipped the next day to the fairborn store and programmed with no problems. I informed the dealer 4 days ago that we are cancelling the EasyCare warranty... after 4 days, I've still not received the emailed paperwork from the dealer to cancel. Talked with EasyCare directly, wrote a cancellation letter, and faxed it to them to get the ball rolling. You have a 30 day money back guarantee with EasyCare, so the $2,000 is coming straight off the loan. More
