Definitely recommend working with Jeff Eaton I was in the market for a compact vehicle and inquired through USAA Car buying for multiple brands. I was first introduced to Brent Meyer and then Jef I was in the market for a compact vehicle and inquired through USAA Car buying for multiple brands. I was first introduced to Brent Meyer and then Jeff Eaton. Brent went above and beyond to create initial videos showing and speaking about the specific vehicle I inquired about. He even offered to have multiple cars arranged to be driven in the brands they have that I was considering so I would be able to compare. When I arrived, Brent was busy so I was introduced to Jeff. Jeff has been in the auto business for a long time and is a car guy, so it was refreshing to meet him. Very low pressure and knowledgable as well as being very easy to speak with. Went on the test drives of the vehicles, it was a very pleasant experience all around. Unfortunately, I did not work out a deal with Jeff Wyler for the vehicle I was considering, as there is to be fully transparent, I felt a difference in speaking with Jeff and then the transition to being introduced to management. I felt it was still a very old school way of functioning in the automotive sales industry today, where management wanted to keep the salesperson as a buffer with the back and forth when it came to negotiating the deal. In this day and age of technology and knowledge being readily available at the click of a button, transparency and simplicity when dealing with the transaction will be the only way to do business moving into the future. In the end I would definitely recommend giving Jeff a chance to earn your business with any brand that his dealerships represent. Best of luck Jeff! More
Worst car buying experience ever have bought cars from this dealership in past . No more was lied to my face by manager more than once while trying to buy auto. Manager made me a deal on my trade but at end of deal said he did not make the offer ( salesperson agreed with me that he did). He had the paper work I signed accepting the deal ,of which I never got a copy. Was told by salesman and manager that they would put a bed liner and step boards on truck they wanted me to buy to make up for me losing out on 20% off deal . ( I had been waiting for 2 days for deal that was supposed to be done in a few hours ) . They tried to add $ 2390.00 on to paperwork for what they promised to give me . The factory cost on the extras is only around $ 1100.00 . Did not get new truck and lost out on great rebate deal . Thank you very much reassuring my trust in car salesmen....... More
It shouldn't take 2+ hours to finalize a price.... Had a mixed experience buying a car on 7/5/16. Tony Eaton was nice and didn't pressure us, but after 3 trips to get a better price from his manager Robbie, he left for a training class. I felt that Robbie just moved numbers around on paper to make it look like he was getting us a better deal. That was an agonizing couple of hours-(after our other car's service was done-we almost left). Once we FINALLY agreed on a price ( just give me the amount- upfront and honestly), working with a few other employees was good, from Vince who took our application (what a polite young man) to Brent who educated us on all the features of our new car (he really knows his stuff). Mike Brees in the finance department was friendly, but I felt he chatted too much about other things (almost like an intentional distraction) while shoving paperwork at us to sign. So not a totally horrible experience, but not a great one either. More

Well done Anthony was great. I was there for service on my sonic and told him I didn't want to sit there all day. He got me a vehicle I could afford and a loan. Anthony was great. Great place to buy a car and exceeded all my financing needs I was contacted by Keith Beach about buying a new car. After a few minutes of discussing my financial situation he had conviced me that he could get m I was contacted by Keith Beach about buying a new car. After a few minutes of discussing my financial situation he had conviced me that he could get me a car. So I went for a tesst drive and went home in a couple of hours in a brand new car.
