First he reached out to me after I had done some Internet research of car sites. He called and was so persuasive without being pushy about what he could do for me. I was a little hesitant because what he was saying sounded to good to be true. I wasn't driving so he offered to pick me up and bring me to the dealership which I have never heard of. Talk about going the extra mile. He did come for me and on time to my job. Long story short I bought a car with very little down and he got me a great interest rate with a car payment I can handle. The whole process was so smooth, not once did I feel pressured I was in shock at how easy it was. The salespeople do this big production when you buy a car, people clapping, ringing bells everyone participated. It was the greatest car buying experience I have ever had. After 3 years of taking metro to and from work, today I drove to work in my beautiful 2010 Ford Escape. The sales people were super friendly and layed back. I highly recommend this dealership. I am a Wyler customer for life. More

Mainly I asked questions about what I can modify on the car and not affect my lifetime warranty. They answered all my questions and told me what I could and could not do to the engine. They saved me a major headache down the road. What I was planning to do would have voided my warranty. I appreciate the fact that several of the guys in service took the time to talk to me. It would have been easy for them to just tell me that I can't do anything to the car and leave it at that, which technically wouldn't have been true. I bought this Challenger from Jeff Wyler and I will buy my second Challenger from them. The salesmen and service people are great! More
