Happy Customer Chris did try to up sale us at first but I know that it's he's job so I won't count that against him. He worked with us to get us the best suitable vehicle for us and REALLY worked with us on our monthly payment. He didn't offer but when we asked if he was going to feed us (they had ordered pizza) he said yea sure! help yourselves! We were there from 930am to 3pm. I would recommend JW to anyone and wouldn't mind doing business with them again. I praise God for giving us way more than what we expected! God is GOOD!!! More

I spent a week searching the city for the vehicle in my favor I just bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Jeff Wyler Eastgate Auto Mall in Batavia. I spent a week searching the city for the vehicle in my favorite color and the options I needed. It was not available anywhere. Joe Wildermuth was the sales representative who first showed us the used trucks and explained there was great deals on the brand new trucks. Joe was helpful in explaining the differences in the Dodge Ram and Silverado. We test drove both. Joe was very friendly and helpful in every step of the purchase. We have purchased 2 previous vehicles at Jeff Wyler and will continue to do so because of the quality of the service from personnel and the vehicles purchased.
