The communication between the service guys and the actual technicians is very poor. One time I took my car in, they didn't even fix what I had requested to be fixed. I've had an ongoing sporatic problem with technicians is very poor. One time I took my car in, they didn't even fix what I had requested to be fixed. I've had an ongoing sporatic problem with my side mirror. They replaced the mirror but that didn't fix it. When I recorded what the mirror keeps doing on my phone, the technical manager dismissed the visual proof and made it seem like it was my fault for not reprogramming the mirror after it was replaced. The problem occurred before and after the mirror was replaced. It has nothing to do with operator error. Basically, my mirror adjusts itself into a down and in position so that it can't be used. In the end Jeff Wyler threw up their hands, and said they couldn't find anything wrong with the car. If my car wasn't under warranty I would not be going to the dealer. My car is less than 3 years old. More
