My coworker recommended Jeff Wyler because I was considering trading in my car of 5 years for a new car. I was extremely nervous because this was my first new car purchase and I wasn't positive abou considering trading in my car of 5 years for a new car. I was extremely nervous because this was my first new car purchase and I wasn't positive about going that route or purchasing a used car again. I already had in mind what type of car I wanted, a Chevy Cruze. I pulled up to the Used Car Lot and Doug Young had a 2013 Chevy Cruze waiting for me to test drive. We took it for a spin and I decided I wanted more features. We drove around the lot for a bit and I didn't quite see what I was looking for. We went back into the office and started researching on the internet. He found an amazing car that had everything I was looking for, power seats, back-up camera, sirius xm radio, onStar, Pandora, remote-start... literally the best car I could imagine, especially for the price. They gave me a great trade-in for my 2005 Chrysler Pacifica and we went on our way to the Chevrolet building to start the purchasing process. Jacob Shepherd met us there so he could go over all of the new features of my car. I was on a tight time schedule and Jacob even went back to help with the detailing to ensure I would get out of there at a reasonable time. Once the detailing was completed, Jacob synced my phone with my new 2013 Chevy Cruze 1LT RS and I was on my way. I will remain a customer with Jeff Wyler for quite sometime, thanks Doug and Jacob!! We have been looking at new vehicles for months and weren't feeling desperate to make a deal but were waiting for the right deal to come along. In the process, we have talked to dealerships from Muncy, IN, down to Louisville and as far east as Charleston WV but no one had had a deal that made it worth our while to take the plunge. Early on a Friday morning, I sent in an enquiry about a vehicle that was on the internet. Joe, was backand forth with us all morning/afternoon answering our questions, showing us what Jeff Wyler could do for us. By mid-afternoon, we were convinced we had found our next vehicle and a lifelng relationship with a car salesman (how hard is THAT to find ;) We emailed ahead what we could, filled out paperwork and sent it in via the website before making the 2 hour drive to Batavia. We arrived (pulling into the lot right behind our new truck that had just gotten a fill-up), introduced ourselves to "Joe" as he was climbing out from the cab. Every step of this was painless for us. Joe had done most of the work prior to our arrival and had streamlined the process, so even though it was late day when we arrived, he got us in and out of there and we were back home well before bedtime. Joe was personably and just plain likeable and we felt he talked straight (again, why we now have a new car guy for our family). I don't think there's anything he could have done any better. Kudos also, to Jerry, the "financial guy"...our meeting with him...all the paperwork was ready to go when we sat down and it went smoothly and we were out of there quickly. While Jeff Wyler's isn't right next door for us, for this kind of quality, old-fashioned...just plain good service....we're sold on these guys and will keep coming back. As an extra bonus**Jeff Wyler has some of the most amazing classic cars we've seen. Milling about for a bit in the showroom is like visiting a classic car show of the Nth degree.... Now THIS is what a car dealer and a car salesman should be! More

We originally looked at the Dodge Journey, where we met Jason Malone of the Dodge Division. Jason went out of his way to satisfy our needs, but we decided to go with a Kia Sorento. Jason then introduced us to Gene Branham of the Kia division. Initially, Gene and Jason searched for a car for us, but ultimately, we dealt directly with Gene. We went to two other Kia dealers (Salesmen), with no success, and when we worked with Gene, everything fell into place immediately. Gene was very friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and made sure we were satisfied. The specific car we wanted was not available on lot, so he presented all available options, including other dealer car searches. Gene did find "Our" specific car at a dealer in Indianapolis, which arrived the next day to our delightful satisfaction. We also appreciate the loaner car Gene gave us until our car arrrived. Upon departure, Gene thoroughly explained the car to us. Gene went above and beyond during the sales process. Gene was a friendly negotiator, detailing every facet of the process. Gene made us feel special, and we feel that we received a very fair deal and a beautiful car. Every customer should have Gene Branham as their Sales Professional. We also love the 0% Interest, free car washes, and discounted oil changes. Thanks again, for a very satisfying auto purchase experience. More
I felt that the customer service that I incorporated was phenomonal. I dropped the car off to be serviced on a Monday night. I learned on Tuesday that it would not be ready until the end of the week. The car was promptly completed on Thursday. The cost of the service was quite expensive. I had $2600 worth of work done. But as I can tell, the car is running better. I did not realize the car was not operating at a higher level until after the service was completed and I drove the car. I do have one complaint. I dropped $2600 for service BUT THAT DID NOT GET ME A COURTESY CAR WASH! My experience with service departments at dealerships is you get your car washed as part of the service. $2600 could not get me a courtesy car wash at this dealership. More

I had a great experience buying my new 2013 Mazda CX-5. Everyone was extremely helpful and my trade-in was very easy.
