WOW! As many of you can attest buying a new vehicle can be a challange and a frustrating experiance; I can however, write that my experiance with Ken and Jeff Wyler was a fantastic experiance. I would highly recommend this dealer and Ken Bush without reservation. All of the sales people at Jeff Wyler; especially Ken were friendly and attentive without being pushy; you know the type, they shove it down your throat and if you end up not buying you feel less than human, NOT HERE, just the opposite. My journey began online with the Internet team. I dealt with three gentlemen in the entire process and each man was very accommodating. I researched and knew exactly what I wanted. I was not aware that there is no negotiating on an internet offer; that's what Joe told me. Still, the offer was a good one and I accepted. With 0% financing and 90 day deferment, I was very satisfied with the financing terms. Before we could seal the deal, Joe went on vacation and turned me over to LM. I didn't "click" with LM and so I moved on to Samir. From then on, my experience could not have been better. He was very respectful and not at all condenscending. I am a woman who has had too many exhausting dealership experiences; the kind that leave one feeling small and worked-over, lied to, mislead, deceived......and to top that off, buyers' remorse set in. BUT NOT THIS TIME. WHOOHOO. I am thrilled with the internet experience of not haggling with a salesperson and the manager - SWEET -. Samir was prepared for me when I arrived and everything went smoothly. He was extremely thorough and was sincerely concerned that my experience at Jeff Wyler - Eastgate be pleasant. Simply stated, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. So much more pleasant that I have NO BUYERS REMORSE and I can enjoy my 2011 Mazda3 5-door HB more than any new car I've ever had. I spent at least 2 weeks going to almost every car lot in the greater cincinnati area. Finally found a salesperson who was willing to listen to what I wanted and make a positive effort to find what I was loo the greater cincinnati area. Jeff asked what I was looking for, not just cost but what size, options. He went through quite a few until he found me a Mazda 6 touring. Great care was exactly what I asked for. Was really impressed when he took time to get better rates than originally offered. Over all it was a very satisfying experience. I had looked for a silver Jeep Sahara with silver hard top and the dual top option and leather interior in the greater Cincinnati area and via the internet for 2 weeks. None existed within 250 miles. Jason Curtis with Gary Spoon's, sales manager, help found one in Detroit area with cloth interior. Okay, I thought, I am going to get the old bait and switch. BUT, oh no, Gary says we can have the front and rear seats upholstered in leather with heated front seats in the colors of your choice. He showed me a 2010 Sahara with that done. The leather would be the leather used in Chrysler products. I took leather samples home to have the wife choose colors. She liked black for the seat body and silver for the inserts. The tow package is also being added so I can tow my black and silver Star motorcycle. This Jeep will be an awesome vehicle to tow behind our silver and black 43 foot motor home. I think it will be great having a Jeep with a custom interior of our choice. All due to the Jeff Wyler sales staff going 110 percent to get me more than I asked for. This is the most positive experience I have had in buying 42 previous cars, SUVs and trucks; including the Jeep Grand Cherokee I bought from this dealer location. Hopefully, this 9th Jeep will be the best of the bunch. Sincerely Virgil More

mark was exceptional! He was friendly, courteous and very helpful. He did not put the pressure on at all which made me feel at ease to do business with him. Joe tracked down what I was looking for and we were able to pick it up in 3 days. He met us on his day off to fit into our schedule which made this a even better experience. Everyone at Jeff Wyler's was friendly and within a few hours the car was signed for and I drove off the lot with a big smile on my face. I would recommend Jeff Wyler to anyone who is looking for a great deal, no hassles, and the knowledge that the sales staff etc.are availble to you, if needed, for any follow up.
