Ted and the rest of the employees at Jeff Wyler were very friendly and easy to work with. I was exceptionally pleased with the simplicity of the negotiation process. I went in to the dealership doing research to figure out exactly which car I wanted. Ted offered to give me a quote on the car that I showed interest in. After researching all of the other competitive dealerships in the area I became impressed that the price I was offered without negotiating at Jeff Wyler was only a couple hundred dollars higher than the prices I found at other places where I did negotiate. This respect for my time and intelligence is what ultimately lead to my decision to buy my new car at Jeff Wyler. Since purchasing my car, I have had no troubles but continue to receive phone calls from Ted ensuring my satisfaction. The type of business ethic that Jeff Wyler's dealership has showed me has made my car purchasing experience hassle free and for that I am very grateful. Patrick helped us find a car with features we were interested in, worked quickly and efficiently with us yet importantly we didn't feel pressured. We had planned on purchasing a late model car before the end of summer and had visited several different dealerships including another Jeff Wyler on Route 4. (That salesman was also helpful and informed.) We just stopped to see what might be available not expecting to purchase anything that day. As they say, the rest is history. Only problem is that we asked if they could take care of a VERY noticeable squeak when lowering the driver's side window. They didn't say they couldn't do it and we were under the impression it was taken care of. I would rather have waited a day, had it fixed and picked the car up when we dropped off the vehicle we were trading in. I stopped at a driver up window last night and even the window clerk commented on the noise. More

I've had a great experience with this dealership as well as the Florence dealership. Price was good. They did a good job fixing some minor body work. Everyone was friendly and accomodating. I have bought several new cars and this was by far the best experience I've had when purchasing a new car. We went into the dealership because we were having a issue with the Kia Sorento we had. This was the first issue we had with it in the four years we owned it. Rather than pay the expenses to have the car repaired we worked with Tim to see if purchasing the new 2011 Kia was an option for us. He worked out the deal we wanted and we were able to leave the lot with a great new car. But that was not what made this experience "the best". Tim went out of his way to set the blue tooth up and take as much time as I needed to understand all of the new options on the car and made sure I knew how to operate them all. I have never had a sales person care enough to do that. I would recommend Tim to anyone who needs a new or used car. More

In the past I had questions after the purchase and it seemed like once you left the dealership they didn't care anymore but not at Jeff Wyler. They followed up with me to see if I had any questions and answered them quickly and efficiently. I will recommend them to everyone I know. More
