I had a very bad experience at this dealership. Called me several times by several different people to make sure I was coming in. BOUGHT A JEEP IN MAY HAD TO TAKE IT BACK FOR AN OIL LEAK TWO DAYS LATER TO THERE CREDIT THE FIXED THAT. I HAVE AN AXLE LEAK NOW AND EVEN THOUGH I HAVE THERE WORTHLESS ASSURANCE WARRANTY FOR 6 MONTHS 6000 MI TWO DAYS LATER TO THERE CREDIT THE FIXED THAT. I HAVE AN AXLE LEAK NOW AND EVEN THOUGH I HAVE THERE WORTHLESS ASSURANCE WARRANTY FOR 6 MONTHS 6000 MILES OF COURSE THIS IS NOT COVERED AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME 935 DOLLARS TO FIX. Sold us a Durango that ultimately had a defect in the transfer case switch that caused the SUV to drop into low gear without warning. It could have killed us if it occurred on the highway. We took it to transfer case switch that caused the SUV to drop into low gear without warning. It could have killed us if it occurred on the highway. We took it to be repaired and they said it could not be fixed. That’s it. No further service. No offer to help. I wouldn’t buy anything from Jeff Wyler or trust him or Dodge in the future. It should have been a recall item. Dodge knew it. I believe Wyler knew it and we weren’t even warned about the danger to us or our family. More
