I purchase a 2018 Jeep in September 2023. Salesman Payne was great and would buy from him again. After signing paper work a couple days later it was on lift at Jeff Wyler having tires ins Salesman Payne was great and would buy from him again. After signing paper work a couple days later it was on lift at Jeff Wyler having tires installed and I noticed paint bubbles at bottom of door. After thinking I had to deal with it I found out there was a paint warranty. After dealing with Jeep and Jeff Wyler everything was fix satisfactory and would buy from Jeff Wyler again. More

Salesman replied with a a snarky remark about an offer we made and when I asked him for their best price before I drove 2 1/2 hours to get there he quit responding. After a while another person from the deal made and when I asked him for their best price before I drove 2 1/2 hours to get there he quit responding. After a while another person from the dealership emailed but she wasn't interested in dealing with me as a consumer. I will not be giving my money to a dealership that has so little professionalism. When i was transferred from one salesperson to another to answer my questions, they said, "One of our specialists is reviewing your information, and we'll have the answers." Yet the new person didn't answer answer my questions, they said, "One of our specialists is reviewing your information, and we'll have the answers." Yet the new person didn't answer my question, I had to ask it again. Then the answer received didn't make sense. And on a followup question about a recall, I was told they had taken care of a recall, when in fact the manufacturer had not yet released a fix for the issue. I'm not impressed with their lack of attention to details. More
