Matthew Crosbie was a very friendly sales associate and told my girlfriend and I that he was fairly new but would help with whatever we needed. It wasn't listed as sold (although it already was) which I don't blame Matthew at all for. He worked and Mark Reeves worked with my bank and even personally called them to try and get me the best financing option possible. Matthew was very helpful and friendly because he was constantly in contact with us, even when other potential buyers came in to speak with him, which was nice because he didn't leave and come back at the end, instead, he was checking up on us all the time making sure we were comfortable. In the end I'm VERY pleased with the other Toyota Highlander that he showed us and ended up purchasing. One of the coldest days this year and I pulled up to the doors and they opened automatically allowing me to enter the service center without going outside.
