Rocky McKinney was super helpful by getting us a Hybrid Highlander and Hybrid Rav4 My wife and I had a wonderful no pressure car shopping experience. Rocky McKinney was super helpful by getting us a Hybrid Highlander and Hybrid Rav4 to test drive. When we decided on the Rav4, they found just the color and config we wanted at a Dealer in Columbus. My wife wanted to take it to Michigan the next day so everyone worked to finish the sale the same day. Rocky and other staff came after normal hours to deliver us the car - on a cold rainy night. We traded in our Hybrid Camry and elected to go with a lease. We've been very happy with the car and enjoyed our Wyler experience very much. More

Dissatisfied Customer - Hoping to be a Satisfied one! I had to take my truck back to the service dept. three times with less than four thousand miles since I bought it. All repairs were taken care of, ex I had to take my truck back to the service dept. three times with less than four thousand miles since I bought it. All repairs were taken care of, except the water damage to the headliner and seats, which my warranty protection doesn't cover. I feel the water damage was caused by the third tail-light on the cab was a problem before I purchased the truck; it just got worse. I have left messages with Scott Lozan and Tim Tyree but neither has returned my calls. Other than this problem, I like my truck! Hopefully, someone will call and we can get this taken care of. More
