Everyone was so helpful in finding the right car for me and then getting through the paper process quickly. I was coming from out of state to purchase my 2023 Camry so using their website made it easy to c and then getting through the paper process quickly. Bought 2 traded 4 at Chevy Homosassa and Ford Crystal River. First vehicle was a high end sports car that they hid damage upon request of the Carfax report at purchase. Then bought parts for the car to replace the damaged ones they sloppily repaired and others that where missing. They reported another 3rd accident on the car without proof. Traded the car in not knowing they had put the strike on its Carfax for a Brand New truck. Needless to say they gave a fraudulent representation of the worth of the vehicle at trade in. Owner Promised to make it right when it eventually made it to him then when he didn't get the outcome he liked and shut down like a child that knows he won't be held to account. Played up he was a Veteran to like that meant anything to him. Do business with these crooks at your own peril. They have no problem committing Fraud hoping the customer just wont have the time to deal with it. If this review saves one family from making the mistake of a house payment with this train wreck Jenkins Auto Group I'd be content with taking the time to write it. But something to think about is If they do this to a medically retired vet what would they do to your family. They fooled me twice don't let it happen to you. (Update.) 1/14/24 More info and pictures of the damage Jenkins dealerships inflict on their customers. Since last Review the Truck is mostly repaired On my own Dime. They shut off all communication forcing me to look into a legal remedy on my own. The Truck could not be driven till it was fixed being a road hazard. The brake lines needed to be replaced the lift system was torqued out springs were damaged radius arms were replaced an alignment of the drivetrain was done, keep in mind this is a brand New 100k Truck that was 63k Advertised. In the photos below You will see the damage and an email that was sent to me at the beginning of this mess from their lawyer denying ANYTHING was done wrong. Wonder if he knows they put the Rear Shocks on upside down? The original advertisement which was False and to my understanding now, in this state illegal to do so. Also, there is a Twin to this truck that is now posted that had the same setup and was made the same time. If you where the buyer id go to Nickolas Ford before you run your 750$ tires off the front in 20k miles and lose your driveshaft or much worse. And further (Anyone that has bought a lifted truck from here or any of their dealerships and has been in a accident should have their truck inspected thoroughly.) considering this seems to be a systemic issue from the top down. New pictures taken by another separate Ford Dealer show the Lift block was out of alignment, shocks where upside down, which means they don't work and valving was destroyed in them, the brake lines not only were bent kinked and leaking but were rubbing thru on the rubber lines going to the caliper it could not be Aligned because of a missing part that was needed for the lift they put on called a Trackbar. The speedometer Odometer still reads wrong, but Ford will have to deal with that. Below is the Carfax with the date of the report of the 3rd Accident which never happened on the Vette. Also shows the owner that sold it to me which was Jenkins Auto and last serviced. I was 3 days out with a new Heart Stint picking those parts up shown in the receipt and they defiantly were not going to fit in my Vette so they never saw the car to say a bad word about it. I have contacted GM corporate on BBB that will be posted also in the photos. Please Note how they retracted Jenkins from their response that they did not report there being any accident because of purchased parts and they do not practice this in their departments. Wonder why? Only 2 places had the Vin and ability. They offered 50k due to the Carfax report and put it out for 80k next day. This dealer has brought great finical pain and burden among other pains that wont be mentioned here. I'm looking at doing this Pro Se so one way or another More
Very surprised at the extent of stock the dealer had to choose from. This large access gave Nick (the salesperson) the best opportunity to close a deal that my wife and I are very happy with.
