I love my new vehicle and I am very happy with the service I recieved. The dealership was immaculate and I witnessed door knobs being cleaned, very reassuring during Covid. Service was quite good. I was also there to buy an extended warranty. That experience was not so good. It took 3 people and several iterations of their offers for them to settle on a correct price. extended warranty. That experience was not so good. It took 3 people and several iterations of their offers for them to settle on a correct price. Besides better training and better computer programs, I have one other suggestion. The final contract was put on a form meant for a buyer of a car, not a warranty. You need to design and use a form especially for warranties. The car buyer's form had all kinds of verbiage that did not apply to a warranty purchase. In the end I got a deal that, while expensive, seems worthwhile. But the whole process needs to be improved. I did rate 5 stars here because this survey is specifically about the service of the car and that was five star. More
