Don’t insult your customers on the trade in value of their car and be honest with the price of the car you’re selling. Up-chargers (market demand) are a joke. Playing number games will only get you unsatisfied customers. Be honest and upfront and you’ll have more satisfied customers instead of unhappy ones. People DO research trade in values and car prices BEFORE they buy. More

Amber Baraso worked with technicians to identify a service notification that described the intermittent problem we had with the transmission in our 2016 Odyssey. We had previously been told there was service notification that described the intermittent problem we had with the transmission in our 2016 Odyssey.
