Huge shout out to Christie Cook, VW Service Dept! Christie went above and beyond my car’s standard service appointment needs and assisted me with a unique issue I’d found at delivery of my vehicle, w Christie went above and beyond my car’s standard service appointment needs and assisted me with a unique issue I’d found at delivery of my vehicle, which was not a Sevice Dept related issue. Not only did she research what needed to be done but, when I ran into difficulties doing it myself, I called Christie for a Sales Dept POC who might help me and she said she’d take care of it. Here’s where Christie seriously differentiated herself from the average employees…rather than pass me off, Christie jumped right back in to get my issue fully resolved; hero status achieved! In a minimalist work climate where most employees are quick to say “That’s not my job”, it’s so nice to find a place where people like Christie Cook are willing to be excellent! I’m very grateful for her extra efforts and look forward to her continuing support in the future (when my car needs service). Sure hope the folks who hand out the bonus bucks are very generous towards Christie Cook…she certainly deserves it!! FIVE STARS More

Chris did an excellent job. But the guys who rotated my tires did not check the air pressure. I had to come back and have it fixed. All tires were below 30.
