The are very polite but the pricing is ridiculously expensive. I tryed to buy a car there 3 years ago to try to support local businesses. I told the sales person that he was 4000 dollars to high on expensive. I tryed to buy a car there 3 years ago to try to support local businesses. I told the sales person that he was 4000 dollars to high on the EXACT SAME CAR. He said i can do anything about and tryed to switch me to another vehicle. Anyway i went to orlando and got the same car for 5000 less. Then 3 years later i tryed to sell them the same car . They offered 20000 even i told him i had online quotes of 24000 to 26000 dollars. So i went to ocala and got 26600. They try to rip you off because the old people don.t check the pricing at all More

The sales & finance people were excellent. The service department was something to be desired. There were many addons by the dealership which were not provided at first. The vehicle was not prepped properly for delivery. There were 2 kits, pinstriping (which I said I didn't need, as I thought it would be additional $$$), mud flaps & wheel locks. There were other items which I have no idea if the work was done. Kim at the service department was courteous & professional. HOWEVER, I'll need make another return trip to the dealership for the aforementioned wheel locks, as they still are not on the vehicle. Is this anyway to run a business? I don't think so. I did purchase a service plan, which I'll probably cancel. Will bring to you for the 1,000 mile inspection. After that, I'll probably make the trek to Ocala for servicing. I don't feel I can trust your service department at this point. I paid a substantial amount of money for this vehicle, & can't get over the feeling that I was taken advantage of. I do have a question...Can you blame me? My problem is entirely with the service department. The sales & finance people were terrific. More
