Most crooked dealership ever! Returned a lease that I wanted to purchase. They we unhappy when I decided not to turn it in on a new car. When I asked for the final buy out number they came back with a pr wanted to purchase. They we unhappy when I decided not to turn it in on a new car. When I asked for the final buy out number they came back with a price that was $4,000 above my buy out price. They told me that was not my buyout price, that was the price they could buy it for not me and I would have to buy it from them at a higher price. I called Honda financial and they told me that was a total lie and that it was right on my lease that it was my cost. The manager realized he was caught and agreed to sell it to me at that cost in hopes of keeping me as a customer Yeah right! They then charged me $999 to do the paperwork which took all of 25 minutes. They were also charging $10,000 over sticker price for their new cars. I went down the street to Phillips Toyota who were very friendly and had no marked up prices. I received a call from the women in charge of customer care and told her what happened and she said she would check on it and call me back. I never got a call from her. I called her back and left a message and again no call back. Do yourself a favor and find another dealership. More
