Came in for a service on my 2020 SantaFe and the service was outstanding as usual. Aaron Fields is any outstanding service manager. He alway greats the customers. I then talked to our salesman Nick who i was outstanding as usual. Aaron Fields is any outstanding service manager. He alway greats the customers. The sales people were very friendly but the pricing was frustrating. We were told a particular amount and then their price was 2000 more than that. We got down close to the original pricing but more transparency is needed because it did make the purchase more difficult than it needed to be. We we lived 50 minutes from the dealership and were told it was open until a certain time and were then called when we were 10 minutes out that tue car was not available so we had to return another day.
