We arrived by 11 for our scheduled appt. But 11:40 no one had come to talk with us. So I searched out our service tech, Michael Zecco. He checked into situation and found that service bay had neglected one had come to talk with us. So I searched out our service tech, Michael Zecco. He said due to our wait, that if one of the issues wasn't covered by our warranty, he would make it right. Our ticket came back totally N/C. More
