Nicolas Avila and Mark Shelley were wonderful throughout the process. Initially we were there to service the old Santa Fe and Nick sold us on a new one. We recently visited Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala to purchase a new car. We were very impressed with the friendly, courteous staff. Our salesman, Christian was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He listened to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions in very timely manner. He worked very hard to get us the deal and car that we were looking for. When we went into Finance, we met Thomas and he explained all of the paperwork that we were signing, he made the entire process very pleasant for us. While at Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala, we met other staff members who were very friendly and made us feel at home.
