The staff was nice and the accounting rep was absolutely wonderful in helping us find a service plan that would most fit our needs and keep us within our monthly budget. More

This dealership was extremely quick in getting a remote offer done. The woman I worked with in Finance, Haley was great and on top of her game. Meanwhile, the internet manager Erin and the salesperson Carl offer done. The woman I worked with in Finance, Haley was great and on top of her game. Meanwhile, the internet manager Erin and the salesperson Carl H, I worked with first quoted me 10k above MSRP. I said "are you sure?" and he quickly retracted and said he had the wrong vehicle. But then quoted me 7k above MSRP. I told him that was higher than any other dealership I was looking at. A few days later, the internet manager Erin called me and told me she had no idea why the salesperson and I couldnt agree on a deal, as she knew my budget. She ended up offering something that was fair. We agreed on a final price and after that, I had mentioned that I was interested in the promotion at the time, which was 500 rebate at 2.5% APR. She said they could work on that. They mailed me the paperwork and unfortunately, all they did was increase the price of the vehicle 500, and THEN take the rebate off. Basically baking in the rebate into the price of the car. I reached out to them and Erin asked to video chat since this sale was remote. She was slightly unprofessional, visually getting angry and frustrated. As the customer, for some reason I had to be the one trying to calm her down. The bright side of all this was the woman from Finance, Haley. She was a superstar in getting me the right paperwork and giving me all the information I needed. More
