Awesome service. I brought my Palisade in for the 7500 mile oil change. I had a 10AM appointment time. I arrived at 9:55 and was greeted by a service advisor. He found my name on his tablet and told me to mile oil change. I had a 10AM appointment time. I arrived at 9:55 and was greeted by a service advisor. He found my name on his tablet and told me to leave my key in the car and go inside and relax. I will be called when my vehicle is ready. Well, I did just that. I brought my Ipad with me so I can view my emails and do other stuff on Jenkins Hyundai complimentary wi-fi. I got myself a cup of complimentary coffee and sat down at a table and "played" online. At about 11:15, Mike found me and told me my car was ready. He said it will be brought out front, but first they will run it through the car wash. Shortly afterwards, my car arrived sparkly clean. The service was beyond excellent. The waiting area is top shelf and you can't beat the complimentary coffee. I will continue to go to Jenkins Hyundai for my service needs as long as I own my Palisade. More
