I was so pleasantly surprised by Haley, the salesperson who worked with me. When it came down to making a decision I was given plenty of time and space and I did not feel pressured at all by Haley or Jeremy. They offered suggestions, information and recommendations without pressuring me and I felt very good about the decision I made because when I made it I knew it had been for the right reasons. The finance person, Charles (Hux) was also very thorough in explaining the paperwork and again I felt no pressure to purchase a further warranty.
