Excellent Arrived for my scheduled oil change (initial one) about an hour before my appointed time because of other appointments in the area. I was informed of a recall on the car that I was not aware of and told it would be taken care of as well during my visit. I was told that the car wash was being updated and not available. When the work was completed Shannon went over the work that was done and informed me that I was one of the first to take advantage of the improved car wash which made me happy. The free coffee and donuts are an added treat. I have been very satisfied with my experiences at Jenkins in Ocala. My present car is my third car from them. More

purchasing my new car I was assisted all say by Daniel Moret who was wonderful, he was straight forward and got me exactly what I wanted. The only complaint I have is that there were a few more scratches on the inside of the vehicle and damage to the tent that was never mentioned or pointed out. There was a small burn on my passengers seat that they said they simply couldn't fix for me for that price out the door. Otherwise my experience was easy enough. I left with a 2018, Hyundai Tuscon and I am satisfied with my purchase over all but certainly wouldn't complain if they would like to make these small issues right by fixing them. Jess More
