Last weekend I called your dealership and spoke to a lady I'm sorry I can't remember her name and I told her generally what I was looking for and how Last weekend I called your dealership and spoke to a lady I'm sorry I can't remember her name and I told her generally what I was looking for and how much money that I had and that I had recently retired and lost my husband and didn't have a lot of money to spend but maybe they could help me out. Monday,I believe it was, I got a phone call from Mark Shelley and he asked me some questions and I told him what I was looking for and later that day he texted me back and told me that they didn't have anything except for this one particular car that was in my price range. I did not want a car I had my heart set on a Hyundai Santa Fe. This is what I wanted from the very start. Tuesday I was depressed and disappointed thinking I was hoping for too much. I drove to Orlando and looked at a horror of car and drove home even more upset. Wednesday Morning I get a text and a phone call from Mark telling me that he just took a vehicle in on trade and he was 100% sure this will be my car! Do you believe in Miracles? I do..... I went to see the vehicle and meet Mark, OMG IT WAS A HYUNDAI SANTA FE! Mark Shelley did some fancy footwork and long story short, I am now the proud owner of that Santa Fe!
