She was with a customer when I arrived and introduced me to Nick so he could begin to assist me. Nick was great, he took me for a test drive and answered my questions. There was never any pressure. Salina and Tom were also very professional and kind when it came time to purchase my vehicle. Carolyn was with me during the entire process to ensure I had a great experience. She followed up with me the following day and scheduled the appointment for window tinting. I have never had a more pleasant experience at a dealership. I truly felt like I was dealing with a friend, not a car salesperson. I have shared my wonderful experience with family and friends, and will never go to another dealership.
