Great service Had an appointment for 2:15 PM. Arrived about 10 minutes early. Was immediately met by a valet that escorted me in to talk with my service advisor. Had an appointment for 2:15 PM. Arrived about 10 minutes early. Was immediately met by a valet that escorted me in to talk with my service advisor. Was given a loaner (brand new Genesis) to use while car was being serviced. Received a call from my advisor a couple hours later telling me that the car was ready to be picked up at my convenience. It was a great experience. More

It required a lot of troubleshooting over several days. But George, my service rep, got me a loaner vehicle and kept me updated. Mike and the technicians stayed on the problem until it was solved.
