professional, pleasant, open I needed to purchase a new vehicle as a result of being reareneded and my car being totaled. I did my research, was contacted by Carolyn. problems with dealership I did not liked being pressured every time that I came in for service !!! I even went as far as asking the person when I came in to please hurry my ca I did not liked being pressured every time that I came in for service !!! I even went as far as asking the person when I came in to please hurry my car through so I would not be bothered so much. That did not work!!!!! I did complain to many people about it and they said that they were going through the same thing and that if they had known it was going to be like that they would have never have bought/leased a car from there. Knew i wanted Hyundai i but a new one!
