After Parks Hyundai of Gainesville broke the ECM(a. k.a the brain) in my daughters 1 year old Hyundai Elantra and then having to replace the engine next at 2 years old. I brought my Genesis GV80 in for an oil change. I pulled up and was immediately greeted with a smiling face. The polite gentlemen took my key and directed me to George I inside. The car is fantastic, and the staff is responsive, fun and focused. But in the end, I did have to pay a 5000$ in market adjustment (BS in 2023) and over 3000$ for additional protection that I would not t and focused.
