Updated Review: Outstanding customer service from Adam and Jenkins Hyundai! We had our vehicle delivered and we were missing the floor mats. After leaving a not so great review, Adam reached out to us, an and Jenkins Hyundai! We had our vehicle delivered and we were missing the floor mats. After leaving a not so great review, Adam reached out to us, and assured us that he was working on a solution. Within a week we had a brand new set of first, second, and third row floor mats at our front door. Then we had to replace the battery within the first month of owning our certified pre owned Palisade. We gave Adam a call and Jenkins Hyundai also took care of the price of the Battery and Labor. 5 star service and 5 star communication! More

Finance was super, Adrian in sales was super, and Kaileigh in customer service. Was super. Communication with mechanics area and Adrian wasn’t great, not sure who had dropped the ball on repair appt. Obviously, I can’t give full stars with the waiting rooms in either building. What a mess of construction and all the chairs were peeling.
