DO NOT BUY A HYUNDAI, ESPECIALLY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They sold us a lemon and refuse to make it right. They have had our car for over 8 weeks and it’s still not fixed. We have had to call them every time we have received any updates. We get a different story about what is going on each time we speak to them. Two weeks ago we were given the Hyundai buyback number from them and they refuse to have anyone call us back, also. So this week when we called to speak to the GM we were told just to come pick our car up even though it’s not fixed and the issue with the car is a huge safety concern as the screen goes black that gives the driver information such as MPH, etc. My husband spoke to the GM today and he completely blew him off. My husband is a disabled veteran with a special tag that we’ve done without for over 8 weeks now and they could care less. We’ve had to continue to make payments on the Santa Fe calligraphy hybrid while driving an SE gas and no offer for any compensation. We have now hired an attorney to settle the matter since this dealership doesn’t care about their customers even a disabled veteran!! More

I had called the day before to schedule a appointment but when I showed up early the Gentlemen said you do not have anything with us. He called to have someone come to help me and it was ADRIAN SANDER after we spoke took all of my information and walked around the car with a tablet taking pictures of the car for any damage to the car before it was taken back.I told him great idea for them and the customer. While the car was taken back I notice on my phone someone had send out three pictures of my rims.When the car came out myself and ADRIAN SANDERS took a look at what was sent to me one of the rims was very bad so when I purchase the car I had bought an extra package for the tires and the rims and other things if needed. It was so nice not to have to explain my side of everything I just asked ADRIAN SANDERS to please look up where I had purchased the car and after he read everything he said it will be taken care of for me. So nice to have someone to help you and not have to to try to explain everything again and again. I have spoke with a nether manger since everything and explained to him I have two more rims that needs to be replaced. And he said the three picture are of the same rim. I was at a Doctors office when we spoke I walked around the car and took pictures of all my rims and there is two left. i would have never said anything until they had brought it to my attention about them in your service center. I know that everything is put on car fax when a car has been serviced and I don"t what to go against the SANTA FA. But in no way was this brought to my attention other service that sent it to my phone. We have bought two cars from you and will only come to your Dealership in Ocala because you stand up for your customers that means a lot in to days world . Thank you so much.
