My service advisor is now Phyllis. Phyllis is wonderful. My car was picked up and serviced and returned to me within a few hours. Hyundai has the best service department I’ve ever experienced. A few weeks ago a kitten found refuge under my car. I tried everything to get the kitten out. As a last resort I brought the car into Hyundai desperate. Not only did they take my car in immediately, they had to remove the under liner and bumper on my car. They rescued the kitten and one of the advisors took the kitten and gave it a home. I will never have my vehicle serviced any where else. Thank you Jenkins for another superb job More
Came in for a service on my 2020 SantaFe and the service was outstanding as usual. Aaron Fields is any outstanding service manager. He alway greats the customers. I think my service advisor, Michael is the best, he listens to the problem and does his best to get it fixed. He keeps me informed of the progress and that’s what keeps me coming back. I don’t like the practice of sales people that don’t listen when I say I’m not interested in purchasing another car and continue to try to sell me a new one while I waiting for my car maintenance. My husband has purchased three Hyundai’s and this is my first. I’m not sure that I would purchase another one due to the sales team I worked with but I would definitely continue to use service department with Michael there. More
