It was great staying in touch by text instead of hunting down either of us with phone calls. They washed the car before I picked it up and had it ready to go when I arrived. First rate experience! The only complaint I would have is their showroom floor was extremely slippery (polished marble if I remember right?) when I went to pay out, I almost fell. More
