We have been getting our Kia serviced at Jenkins Kia for more than four years. Steve at the front desk is always very pleasant and bend-over-backwards helpful. As are all the other employees there. I was not impressed with the way the Service Department works. No one will ask you if you need help. When I walk in, there were only two people in the service department, one was busy on the phone, and the works. No one will ask you if you need help. When I walk in, there were only two people in the service department, one was busy on the phone, and the other one was just siting at the counter, doing nothing and didn't have the time to ask me what he could help me with. When the guy in charge of my service came back to his counter, he did ask me what did I need help with. When I told him why I was there, he immediately took care of me. I did ask another employee why I was treated that way, and he/she informed me that's the way the service department works, each person is given the name of the people coming for service, and only that person can takes care of the customer that was given to him. This is plain ridiculous. This is the reason why I had not written this earlier. Thank you. More
