Brought our 2014 Sorento in for an oil change & installation of a recall kit. I was promptly greeted by the service department staff. I waited in the comfortable waiting room & before I knew it, my advisor was telling me the service was completed. When Jenkins took over this dealership, I was hoping that they would be able to meet my expectations as Citrus did. I was very pleased with this recent service. It seems there is more staff who work as a team, find the best price for you (coupons on their website), highly skilled mechanics; safe & clean environment, etc. It also was enjoyable to see many same faces from Citrus Kia! We made a phone call to Jenkins Kia of Crystal River to check if it was possible to bring our car in for an oil change there rather than traveling 35 miles up to Ocala. We were greeted by Service Advisor, Justin Selke, who saw to it that our vehicle was taken care of and paperwork filled out. We found the facility to be clean and comfortable, the staff we interacted with was courteous and pleasant and the service was fast. More

After my last response to this Rating Survey I received a call from the Service Manager. Not sure if it was Tony or Dave but at any rate I explained the reasons for the rating I gave and my disappointment wi call from the Service Manager. When called I was offered and given a credit for one of the tires. This softened quite a bit, the distaste for my original experience and made me feel much better about the dealerships care for customers. Thank You for that credit extended. More
