The work they do is good but the amount of time you wait for service to be completed is always longer then quoted. I was told 2 hours and ended up being there 5 hours. Additional work was done above what was originally scheduled so I understand it taking longer but no updates regarding how much longer it would take was provided and when I asked I was simply told they are working on my vehicle. I only have services done at this dealer that I have to get done for maintenance such as my transmission flush but have all my other routine maintenance such as oil changes done elsewhere due to the wait times. My husband, a disabled vet, has been working with the manager and a sales guy to buy a new Telluride or Sorento. However, my husband’s PTSD can make even traveling small distances difficult so we asked i manager and a sales guy to buy a new Telluride or Sorento. However, my husband’s PTSD can make even traveling small distances difficult so we asked if they could drive one down to us to drive and offered to pay for a full tank of gas to bring it. The manager Rich finally obliged but not before openly mocking my husband to his colleagues for several minutes, laughing and scoffing loudly as my husband listened on speaker. However, before the car left the dealership for our test drive, they changed the window sticker out with another one that was $8,000 more - our price I guess for the home test drive they offer on their website. They would change the time and day on us three times before the car would finally arrive. It also showed up missing many of the key, must-have features that the manager assured us were in the vehicle. When we decided that it was better for us to custom-order a truck through them (at a much higher price), the salesman was so angry that we wouldn’t buy THIS car that he got in the car and sped off without even a thank you or a goodbye. We stood there, astounded on the sidewalk. Our salesman also told us during the test drive about a couple who had come to the dealership two days ago for a Telluride. They put a $5,000 deposit, but on their salesman’s day off, the manager sold the car out from under them to another customer willing to pay more. When I asked if they would do the same to us, he scoffed and got an attitude and explained that it was a used car so it didn’t matter. (He didn’t like when I mentioned that used models are harder to find.) I’m so disappointed not only in the complete disregard for customer service, but also at how the dealership blatantly tried to swindle a disabled vet for more than $8,000. Shame on you, Jenkins Kia. More
The whole experience, from the time we arrived until the time we left, was a very positive one. It started with the person who came out to the car and took our info regarding our appointment and then inside time we left, was a very positive one. He was very nice, explained everything that would be done to us and made sure we understood. During the time we spent waiting, he would come and let us know what point we were at. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The car was done sooner than predicted and Justin came to the waiting area and got us. He went over all that had been done and then showed us to the cashier, Melissa. She also was very friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area was very clean. The "freebies" were much appreciated (those mini-muffins were awesome). The chairs were comfortable. All in all, a very positive experience. More

I arrived on time for my appointment a nice young man working in the service lane took my vehicle I went inside to the service writer told her my name she said ok are you waiting if so please have a seat working in the service lane took my vehicle I went inside to the service writer told her my name she said ok are you waiting if so please have a seat in our lounge and we will come get you when the vehicle is ready. We have been a Dodge car family fo 40 years this is the fist time we have reached out of the box and couldn’t be more happier. Buying from here ask for Jordan Boykinswe had no issues or problems and he is fist time we have reached out of the box and couldn’t be more happier.
