Service was great although service rep's could notify each other when a customer is waiting for a rep not at their desk. My rep was in the service area and I had to ask for another rep to notify him I w each other when a customer is waiting for a rep not at their desk. First visit since Jenkins purchased. Times on receipt not accurate, took 2 1/2 hours if not longer to get serviced. Facility was better than when Citrus owned it.
