Everyone @ Jenkins in Gainesville is extremely helpful and approachable. They were easy to negotiate with and do business with, and went above and beyond. Joe Grundorf was my sales rep and did a great job and approachable. They were easy to negotiate with and do business with, and went above and beyond. Joe Grundorf was my sales rep and did a great job handling my needs and educating me on the vehicles that I wanted to see. Antonio Carranza was the most patient and up front sales manager I’ve ever dealt with. Together they both went absolutely above and beyond for me to get me what I wanted. This is my 2nd lease at Jenkins in Gainesville and I very well may never go anywhere else. The crew made the transition painless and easy, and my family is extremely satisfied with our new 2020 Sorento! They arranged for me to drop off the new Sorento for window tinting and provided a loaner vehicle over night, and also made sure I had everything in line. Chris Sauerbron was quick and easy and no BS. I always appreciate when a professional knows his business, and Chris absolutely does. Joseph Cofer always knows his customers and is polite and friendly and gets the service jobs coordinated and completed efficiently and effectively. I can’t say enough about this dealership. I am truly satisfied and happy with my interactions with all of these guys. I will continue my business with them for a long time, and promote and recommend them for sales and service. More

My service writer ,No was excellent. He kept me informed on the progress on my car even though they were working thru some learning bugs with a new computer program . The stress of making a large financial decision can be quite daunting. We've heard the stories from friends and family about getting swindled, and I'm sure we all know the sleazy car salesman stereotype. This dealership is cut from a different cloth. Jenkins Kia of Gainesville made buying a new car low stress. EVERY staff member we worked with demonstrated a commitment to honesty and transparency. That's no coincidence, that's a business with a great customer service culture. The sales staff (Demetrius and Brian) actually listened when we described our needs. Nobody was pushing us to a more expensive vehicle or trim. The staff's questions reflected a genuine interest in finding the vehicle that met our needs. When it came time to discuss finance, it was clear that Jenkins Kia of Gainesville wants its customers to walk away feeling comfortable, and informed. When reviewing finance options and paperwork Scotty left no question unexplained. Nothing was hurried, and everything was explained clearly even if it had to be explained a second time. At the end of the day we drove home in a new car that we absolutely love. (For a price that we love too!) We also drove home with a great relationship with an amazing dealership. In the future when it comes time to purchase another vehicle we will start with Jenkins Kia of Gainesville and don't expect to go anywhere else. More
