My battery went dead at a grocery store. I had someone give me a jump and drove straight to Jenkins Kia. I talked to Service writer Joseph Cofer and explained my problem. He stated that due to the late afternoon he is not supposed to take any more vehicles for service. I explained that this was my only vehicle and that I had a doctor appointment the next morning.
