I pulled into the service lane prior to my appointment time for the recall SC347 and was greeted by 2 very nice people a young man and a young lady they asked for the keys the young lady said we will vacu time for the recall SC347 and was greeted by 2 very nice people a young man and a young lady they asked for the keys the young lady said we will vacuum you front floor and top off your windshield washer fluid and then the young man said just go inside to the first available service writer so I did I spoke to Christopher Joseph after writing up the recall he said we have scanners where you drive into the lane you need a 4 wheel alignment I didn't expect to be paying this amount for any service just the recall but I trusted him so i had that completed also. The complete job was done in an hour and 45 minutes. Fairly reasonable wait. More
