If I didn’t trust Jenkins Kia, I would not travel 40 minutes from my home for them to protect my investment. Chris in the service department was awesome, and Alex in the sales department made sure to in minutes from my home for them to protect my investment. Chris in the service department was awesome, and Alex in the sales department made sure to introduce herself to me since my former sales person had moved on. I highly recommend Jenkins Kia. More

Service department (technician)and my advisor (Brian) were professional and communicated very well. My only complaint is I paid extra $$$ to include Auto Bond sealant exclusive at Jenkins when I bought were professional and communicated very well. My only complaint is I paid extra $$$ to include Auto Bond sealant exclusive at Jenkins when I bought my Telluride. This was my second re-application and I must say I was very disappointed. The exterior surface felt dirty and gritty. You would think that if you paid extra for this sealant that Jenkins would do a much better job of detailing the vehicle. The inside was a total mess, it was not vacuumed and dusty. Brian called for the service manager and his comment was - I do not see anything wrong with the Auto Bond application. Also the lack of wiping down the vehicle after washing the vehicle which had dried water streaks and filthy door jams . Again his comment was we do not do that - meaning bring your own towels so you (customer) can dry your vehicle properly. More
