SHADY! Dealt with Jeremy in Sales - was looking for a specific pre-owned Soul. He couldn't give a straight answer as to whether the car was on the lot. He offered two alternatives, however, I test drove one, but we couldn't come to an agreement on price. He presented us with a scribbled note with $10,000 written on it and an "X" to sign on the 'dotted' line. Said "if I can get you this car for $10,000, will you sign the deal? SHADY!!!!! I have NO idea what he was thinking, but when he came back with his manager and the manager said the printed quote was his 'best and final', Jeremy seemed to forget he had written an offer for $10,000. I Needed a Tire Repair I had a screw lodged in my left rear tire. I pulled in without an appointment and Chris had my car being looked at within a few minutes. The tire coul I had a screw lodged in my left rear tire. I pulled in without an appointment and Chris had my car being looked at within a few minutes. The tire could not be fixed and had to be replaced due to the position of the puncture. A new tire was mounted and balanced. I also had a service done (oil change, multipoint inspection, etc.), and they washed the vehicle as well. More
