Helped when In a bind Traveling from Lakewood Ranch FL, to Atlanta GA, my Sportage's alternater went belly up on I-75. Our luck was Jenkin's KIA was close when it failed. Byron made sure my every concern was addressed and in my opinion went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with his answers. I love my 2015 Kia Optima and look forward to returning to Jenkins Kia for any service to my vehicle going forward. My entire transaction took maybe 3 hours. The car was detailed and pre-certified and even brought to my home by Byron! How nice was that! John in the accounting area was thorough and professional and prepared the documents in record time. Before leaving I purchased a white 2018 Kia Soul. Tim delivered the car to my home the next afternoon. Before leaving he set up my phone so I could use the Bluetooth feature and Sirius satalite station. More
