I didn’t receive the correct trade-in value for my car, even though I presented a mailed offer letter clearly stating over $12,400. Instead, I was given significantly less. The sales manager took my phone, submitted the review himself, and I never received the gift card. On top of that, the new car didn’t include all the features that were promised, and I had to spend more money on upgrades. This entire experience was unprofessional, misleading, and disappointing.
